Primo

So I'm starting another blog because I'm needing serious accountability on my new endeavor to lose weight. Goal? 30 pounds. 40 if possible.

I've gained some serious weight the last year because I haven't been watching my intake. I have Celiac Disease, which means I am completely intolerant to wheat, but I don't stick to my diet. And because I'm not sticking to my diet, my body is holding onto all the good things it can.

I'm a Coke addict. So I'm not sure what to do with that. I really cannot go without a Coke a day. Yes, I am addicted, it's how I got my nickname Jitters. I am also addicted to coffee. Ohhhh coffee, I love thee.

I love chinese food. Can I emphasize this enough? I am a straight up sucker for General Tso's and steamed white rice. Honestly. And once I start thinking about it, I can't stop thinking about it. That is, until I eat it, then feel good for 30 seconds, then feel bloated, miserable, and feel like someone is slicing my abdomen in half. My tastebuds love it, stomach and intestines hate it.

The GOOD news is that they just put an Earth Fare here in Huntsville. We also have a P.F. Chang's here, which has a gluten free menu, but it's ridiculously expensive when you eat there 3, 4, even 5 times a month.

I have a membership to a gym, but am thinking about switching to the new YMCA that's almost done. The downfall is that it's more money, but they have a lot of good programs. So that is one less thing to do.

The downfall is that I am lazy. So lazy. So I'm using this blog to hold me accountable. Once a week (at least) I will blog about my weight, if I've been good to my body, and about how I'm feeling. Thanks for reading :)
